Winner of ‘Best Mosaic’ at Reading Brick Show 2019
A take on iconic Leia with Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust, embodying space revolution vibes. The original design by fellow Asian artist Leka Im, who kindly allowed me to do my take on it.
I played around a lot with the pink tones, which are striking and add contouring, and I’m most proud of capturing the intensity of her eyes. Rest in Power, Carrie Fisher.
